Overview

Konahrik' enchantment is replaced with 35% shout cooldown reduction and 25% increase in fire, frost, and shock damage. (with the intent to make the elemental shouts more powerful) For all masks except Konahrik and Morokei (which already has 20% reduced cooldown), shout cooldown is reduced by 15% on top of existing enchantment.

Morokei's original enchantment is restored giving the mask a 20% reduction in shout cooldown along with the +100% magicka regen it had originally (Also done by Unofficial Patch)

The mod makes the maximum cooldown reduction (without exploits) 95% with an Amulet of Talos, the Dragon Aspect shout, the Blessing of Talos from praying at a Shrine of Talos, and Konahrik.


Updates

1.2:  Adds 25% shout cooldown reduction to the Acolyte Masks on Solstheim and Miraak has an enchantment based on level.  They now allow for a maximum of 85% reduction in shout cooldown.

At all levels, Miraak gives 25% more fire, frost and shock damage (including fire breath, frost breath and storm call)

At or below level 44, Miraak gives 30% resistance to fire, frost and shock, and a 20% reduction is shout cooldown.  This results in a max cooldown of 80%.

Between level 45 and level 59, Miraak gives 40% resistance to fire, frost and shock, and a 25% reduction is shout cooldown.  This results in a max cooldown reduction of 85%.

At or above level 60, Miraak gives 50% resistance to fire, frost and shock, and a 30% reduction is shout cooldown.  This results in a max cooldown reduction of 90%.

Konahrik is better than Miraak offensively, but has no defensive enchantments, and Miraak is a balance of offense and defense.

1.3:  Makes Morokei unarmored for the Mage Armor perk, and changes mask matching set bonuses (and by extension crafting improvement perks) as follows:

1.4:  Makes Nahkriin and Vokun unarmored for Mage Armor, Wooden mask is unarmored and lighter, and now Miraak's leveled enchantment always gives 30% shout cooldown reduction, so now only fire/frost/shock resistance changes with leveled enchantments (see update 1.2 for details)


Compatibility

Incompatible with anything that changes the enchantments of the Dragon Priest masks obviously
Should work with retextures without a problem, but save first just in case
Improved Closefaced Helmets: Requires a patch from the Optional Files section, install after Improved Closefaced Helmets and allow it to overwrite the .esp.  Make sure imp_helm_legend.esp is loaded after Dragon Priest Masks Buffed.esp


Bugs

Under the Active Effects tab in the Magic menu, Fortify Shouts is displayed as a 20% reduction, even though the reduction is between 15% and 35% depending on the mask.  This is likely because the only vanilla Fortify Shouts effects in the game are all 20% (Amulet of Talos, Blessing of Talos, and all 3 words of Dragon Aspect)

The effects are listed twice in the active effects tab, but that doesn't actually affect anything


Installation

Just use Nexus Mod Manager
