* Shoewear adding and deleting registered footwear works as before. If the targeted NPC isn't registered it will be. Max registered = 128 * Reg NPC , triggered by clicking the option when it's unchecked, will add a NPC to the system without updating the heel elevation letting the automatic update do it instead later. Max registered = 128 * Del NPC, checked state, will remove the NPC and restore their default Z value * Tar node is the name of the skeleton node to modify. Only for advanced users * Scanner triggers automatic application of the heel spell to NPCs. Alive female non-children only. Useful if you have a mod that adds high heel footwear to NPCs. Does not count against the 128 limit since they're not registered in the system so the effect will be removed. The scanner will re-apply it the next time it detects them though * Heel elevation will not be applied to sitting, swimming, dead, mounted or sleeping targets * The scanner may occasionally apply the effect when it shouldn't due to game delays in updating the NPC state * Should work fine with Lazy Tools. Just don't register or use the heel option in it at the same time.
For those having problems with the body scaler keep in mind you must have a skeleton with same nodes/node names. There are various variants and many custom followers use versions that lack ones used to make changes. Another common problem is that a mod has it's own that overrides the one in XP32 so make sure to check for conflicts.
Regarding updating - since scripts are baked into the save reverting to a save before this mod was installed is unfortunately needed to prevent them from blocking the updated versions. Alternatively, there's the less safe and more tricky option of a "clean" update = disable mod -> save with it disabled -> load save in FallrimTools -> search for "LazyTools" and delete what you can -> install new version -> load save.

* Make a backup your Data\SKSE\Plugins\CBPConfig.txt if you don't want it overwritten * Use no more than two decimals, anything else is discarded. E.g 1.0512 turns into 1.05 * Remember to set tuning to something other than zero if you want to make changes before starting the game. The included two presets have this already set. * The settings txt file will be read as one long line in some editors but it loads fine by CBP. Wordpad or Notepad++ will display it properly * Presets use the latest format with stiffness2 variables * If you want to distribute your own preset make a copy of CBPConfig.txt and rename it to YourCoolPresetNameHere.cbp. Then others just have to drop it into Data\SKSE\Plugins\CBPPresets to load and use your settings!
Note - as of alpha 3 the SSE plugin dll for Racemenu has a built in high heel function (https://github.com/expired6978/SKSE64Plugins/releases). This will automatically kick in whenever footwear with the necessary data is equipped. If you update and find unregistered high heels suddenly being elevated or double elevated (if they were already in LazyHeels) this is likely the cause.
just a heads up for anyone still installing this mod, it will corrupt your save if you disable/uninstall mid-playthrough. It hasn't caused me any issues since re-enabling. But yeah
This is super perfect. I needed an easy way to change armore class. It just took me way to long to realys that in order for the MCM Menu to show up I have to sleep 24 hours.
Sooo, i downloaded the mod and the requirments, and even deactivated the skin mods i had, but it still doesnt alter chests and bottoms if you know what i mean, actually it seems characters are flatter then the base game, only thing that changes is the thickness option, how can i fix that, i was searching for mod like this for a long time but if it doesnt work idk if theres a reason for me to use it since its only going to keep my mod order overfilled
modding again with skyrim VR ... i loved this for the non VR version but noticed when I try to use it in VR it only targets the player character. Know a way around it? Or a version of the lazy tools that uses a spell to modify target npcs/items?
