About this mod

This mod adds a complete feudal property. I put a lot of time and love in it, I hope you like it. It can be purchased using the sign in front of the property for 40,000 gold. The land is very productive and comes with 50 planting soils. It also has food barrels that will produce food products every day, and you can harvest honey (from the apiary),

LC Feudal Keep

This mod adds a complete feudal property. I put a lot of time and love in it, I hope you like it. It can be purchased using the sign in front of the property for 40,000 gold. The land is very productive and comes with 50 planting soils.  It also has food barrels that will produce food products every day, and you can harvest honey (from the apiary), eggs (from chicken nests) and milk (from cows) every 24 hours.

This land was meant to be your true home.  The mod adds 6 different marriable NPCs, 3 women and 3 men.  Use the book in the master bedroom to find a menu, which will allow you to choose your spouse.  The husband and wife NPCs have their own daily and nightly routines: they will eat, go to sleep, bathe, walk around outside, etc.  You can also bathe and change your appearance with the mirror in the master bedroom, and there is training available in the library.

The fiefdom is also compatible with Hearthfire and has beds for two children, but you can also use Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions with this mod.  Using 'Bless this home' will allow you to use the vanilla or other spouse options with LC Feudal Keep.

The Features:

1- A true player home featuring everything you need: smelter, forge, alchemy station, enchanting station, oven, etc.

2- Three models of customized attractive wives for you choose to marry using the amulet of Mara.  (Choose the dialogue option "I want to live in your house.") To select models for your wife or husband, use the open book on the table in the master bedroom.

3- Three models of customized handsome husbands for you choose to marry using the amulet of Mara.  (Choose the dialogue option "I want to live in your house.") To select models for your wife or husband, use the open book on the table in the master bedroom.

4- Support for adopting two Hearthfire children using 'Bless this home' from Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions.  Enter the castle and bless the main hall before adopting.

5- Support for the standard or other mod added spouses when using Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions to 'Bless this home'.  Enter the castle and bless the main hall, and you will be able to move your spouses to the keep.  However, I recommend using the spouses that I have added as well as they will be more attractive and smarter – the regular AI might not be able to handle the multiple floors of the keep.  Try using Multiple Floor Sandboxing if you really want to use a vanilla spouse.

6- Two mirrors in your room where you can change your spouse's appearance.

7- Bathroom with functional bath for you and your spouse.

8- Library where you can study any skill twice a day, when you choose "all books opened in library."

9- Displays for Dragon Priest Masks.

10- Displays for Elder Scrolls.

11- Displays for Dragon Claws.

12- Trophy room and mannequins, and plenty of storage.

13- Stable for your horse and companions' horses.

14- For users of needs mods, daily production of food (on the plate).

15- Property produces 1,000 gold daily (deposit in safe next to the forge).

16- You buy the property using the sign for 40,000 gold (support for roleplaying, instead of just getting it for free).

17- Make cheese with milk gathered from cows in cooking pot (added recipe).

18- New clothes added for the spouses.

19- New armor added for the guards. (In the guards' house, there is a chest with the armor.)

20- New shield and Banners added with a coat of arms for your new noble family.

21- Custom design options with painters and other custom items added.

22- Glass shelves for book storage, featuring room for dozens of books.

23- Cows, chickens, and bees, that can all be harvested every 24 hours in game.

Location: Follow the Whiterun road to Dawnstar towards the snow, past the Loreius Farm and the jester's broken wagon.

How to buy: Use the sign in front of the property, and you can buy the keep for 40,000 gold.

If you want to test before buying, make a save and use the console to give yourself the gold by typing this command: player.additem 0000000f 40000

 Questions and Answers:

Q: How do I choose one of the added wives/husbands to marry?

A: Check the pictures to see which wife/husband you like. Then go to the master bedroom and activate the open book on the table. Choose your desired option (if you are already married, the option is disabled). If you want to check all the options, that's ok, just don't use the Amulet of Mara to offer a marriage.  Remember, if you are already married, none of the book options will be available.

Your wife/husband will appear either inside or outside the castle depending on the time of day.  You could also check the bathtub of the master bedroom, they might be taking a shower! To marry your chosen spouse, use the Amulet of Mara the same way you would in the standard game. After the marriage ceremony, choose "I wish to live in your house." (Be sure to pick the option for the house of YOUR HUSBAND / YOUR WIFE, not your own house so the script works correctly.)  The spouse's home is already set to LC_Feudal_Keep.

Q: Are vanilla in-game or mod-added spouses supported?

A: Yes, if you use Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions, you can use the 'Bless this home' spell to enable spouses from other mods or the vanilla game to live in the keep as your spouse.  Please note the information about the differences in this mod, and be sure to use the spell in the main hall to the keep.  Your mod added or vanilla spouse may not use the main bed or the stairs properly, and will not bathe as a result.

Q: Can I send the wives and husbands by LC_Feudal Keep to other homes?

A: This is possible but the NPCs only have AI packages for the keep.  Sending them to other homes may result in strange behavior.

Q: Are Hearthfire children supported?

A: Yes, there are beds for two children, and the house is set up for Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions so you can use 'Bless this home' on the keep.  Be sure to cast the spell in the main hall of the keep.

Q: Can I have other followers live in the keep?

A: Yes, you can use My Home is Your Home to allow other followers to live in the keep.  However, they may not use the stairs properly unless you have Multiple Floor Sandboxing.
