Version 5.0 removes all changes to the perk trees. That means compatibility patches are no longer needed. Feel free to use my mod in conjunction with just about any perk overhaul. But hey, the perks are not gone! They're now rolled into Dark Art tomes and placed in various tombs and dungeons. Their location can be found in the mod description. Already picked perks will still work.
Another major change: For long I felt curses are about altering and not illusions. Removing perks from trees made this easy to change. So... curses are moved to Alteration school instead of Illusion. Unfortunately this breaks existing leveled lists, although it's not that bad. Your Illusion spell vendors will still sell curses. Clean install or fresh game start fixes the annoying issue.
It would be really cool if a mass soul drain could be added (and able to be put onto a staff) just draining the souls of all beings surrounding the caster.
I don't know if this mod is still in the works. But could you please add the skills of the shadow necromancer from the manga, leveling up alone or solo leveling. Various buffs and items from this world. It would be great to endure all sorts of accidental gate-opening, with monsters, where by killing them, the power of shadows was pumped
This is an awesome mod and great for my warlock run. Thanks for your awesome work! I have noticed a small conflict with NFF, if you have the option to not damage teammates toggled in their options menu, the choke spell works with the pulling, but won't deal any damage even if it is an enemy. Not a major issue as for my warlock playthrough I don't use followers anyway, but just something I thought about bringing to your attention. Thanks again!
I love this set of spells. It really adds a different twist to the game now. I've used the dark magic more than the stock magic so far. It definitely is OP but there is a trade off. One question though. If I'm using Mind Blast do I get skill ups in Pickpocketing? I can't really tell.
Which element does this count as in the destruction tree? I know it says shadow damage but there obvi isn't a shadow damage in the tree. Which path should we go?

Now if you had a perk tree with Raw Power, that might affect it.
