This file only tells "NPC Spell Variance - Spell Variety AI" what the spells do. If you don't want your NPCs to have the spells then you have to look at whatever mod you are using to distribute the spells.
I think cooperating is a good idea as I didn't know sirlach was going to add keywords for ODIN when I was thinking about adding ODIN support. My suggestion is we should each take a set of spell mods. I'm currently focusing on Darenii's spell mods. It would be great to know what spell mods sirlach and Kulharin are planning to add support.
My approach is checking the descriptions of spells on the mod page, find the relevant IDs and add keywords accordingly. If the description is unclear, checking the effects of spells can help.
Been testing out a bunch of spells, has success with some, less so with others. Some apocalypse spells won’t work out of the box and need npc special versions, Some don’t seem to work at all n will freeze npc AI when they attempt to cast
If we can come up with a list of spells that don't work we can offer patches to NOT distribute the ones that don't work and NOT enable them for NPC Spell Variance - Spell Variety AI.
Are you sure this is what NPC Spell Variance mod's author meant? That mod checks keywords on Spells not on NPCs. And SPID only gives things to NPCs. You most likely need Keyword Item Distributor to give keywords to Spells.
hi, I've been watching EEOS - Enemy Revolution of Skyrim in game and the NPC Spell Variance works well together. I think the patch you made might be better than EESO, could you make a patch for Colourful Magic (Fixed) as well?

For those interested in converting this file for KID, it's quite simple to do albeit a little tedious. Just convert every Keyword distributions as follows:
Keyword = NSV_Generic_Buff|NONE|0x541E~Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim.esp|NONE|NONE|NONE >>> Keyword = NSV_Generic_Buff|Spell|0x541E~Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim.esp
Just replace the first "NONE" With "Spell" and remove the rest then replace the "_DISTR" in the file name with "_KID". And of course, you need Keyword Item Distributor.

NPC Spell Variance lets the NPCs use the spells more intelligently.
Combat will be harder and more interesting! :)
