   I'm interested in grabbing this, but this bit from the description...

   ...makes me wary to do so. Could you (the mod author) or anyone reading confirm whether this is actually safe to use?

      "potentially" might have been a better word to use, so that's my bad; i don't think this would cause any significant long term ramifications, but the instance of se that i made this for is under triage until i fix my own performance issues so i can't do any in depth testing
