    UPDATE 1.4

    Added new craftable containers: barrel, chest, sack, woodpile and trash barrel. Barrel and chest can be crafted at the forge - sack, woodpile and trash barrel are in the survival crafting menu. The trash barrel will respawn.

    UPDATE 1.3

    Added an small elevated shelter and a medium-sized yurt. The small shelter contains a bedroll and a storage sack, and the yurt contains a hammock, 2 chairs, a cooking pot and 3 storage containers. Use the tree stump "chair" in front of the shelters to pick them up. Also fixed the collision on the primitive shelter.

    If I install Skills of the wild your items won't appear on the crafting menu for some reason, am I doing something wrong or they are incompatible???

    I was doing something wrong it was being overwritten by another mod

    I installed this long ago and loved it. I remember having a conflict though somewhere, but I can't remember what, so I stopped using it.

    I've redownloaded it and I have Go To Bed installed. My character will walk to the leaf pile, then float on an invisible bed. It's fine, I can still sleep with no apparent problems.

    But I just wanted to say I love, love, LOVE the yurt

    Leaf pile > can't sleep while taking health damage

    I get this message when I try to sleep on the leaf pile even when I'm at full health, not taking health damage, and have no active negative effects, no vampire/werewolf status, no magic items, etc. that could be affecting my health.

    What's especially odd is that if I place a plain bedroll nearby, I can then sleep on the bedroll normally OR the leaf pile. Simply having the bedroll nearby makes it possible to sleep on the leaf pile without the error message.

    So...... O.o

    Anyway, apart from that bizarre issue, I'm enjoying this mod. Thanks so much for putting it together. If anyone has ideas to help me get around this issue, I'm all ears. :o)
     
     
    EDIT 9/26/20--Just noting that I am not having this same issue with the primitive shelter, only with the leaf pile, and it is consistently a problem across game saves and is always fixed by having a bedroll placed nearby. Which is.. odd.

      I am having a similar issue but with the primitive shelter. Won't let me sleep. Says I'm being injured but there's no one around and I'm fine...

      UPDATE: The problem was a Frostfall setting. Waiting outdoors was disabled and enabling it allowed me to use the primitive shelter for sleeping.

    fantastic. worthy of a small variation expansion, all of these come with built in sleeping areas and there's no viewports to use the elevated tower as a watchtower.

    storage containers are just perfect
    Really very useful for clutter management without breaking
    immersion and enter code in console.

    On the other hand, the camp components have problems
    in terms of sleep management
    -> Immediate return to the Windows desktop
    -> Cold problem, the campfire has no effect

    Suddenly, I only use it as decorations in my camps, it's very realistic.
    It could be that your mod is no longer in phase with Campsite

    Using this in LE with no issues, it's exactly what I needed. I'm also using tentapalooza which is nice but it didn't really fit any of my recent characters and it is very heavy on mb it uses, it also bothered me that there weren't enough more makeshift tents with either campfire or tentapalooza.

    These are great I really like the elevated tent and primitive shelter, especially the fact they have collisions and I am not just drifting through them, so thanks :D

    Intended to use the Yurt as a base for use when I would be set up for a while. Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be able to exclude random people and animals from walking through it. Seems to have no boundary. Disappointed.
