The Morag Tong won't attack you anymore after you attack the Camonna Tong, but you'll get hunted anyway

Short version:
There is a recurring event, in Solstheim, that triggers upon completing the "Served Cold" quest and gets you ambushed by Morag Tong assassins when you are away from the cities. But only if you are a member of the Dark Brotherhood.
"Honor the Tong Redux" turns the Morag Tong fort you attack during "Served Cold" in a Camonna Tong fort.
Consistently with "Honor the Tong Redux", this patch will get you ambushed by Camonna Tong's assassins instead.
Long version:
After the quest "Served Cold", if you are a member of the Dark Brotherhood, the Morag Tong starts hunting you whenever you are in the outside areas of Solstheim (away from cities and towns). And they likely do so because they investigated you in retaliation of your attack to Ashfallow Citadel. As matter of fact they don't have interest in investigating you at all until you attack them. No matter if you kill dragons, slay Miraak, go around Raven Rock killing any non-essential NPC in werewolf or vampire shape, or side with any number of daedric princes: they are not interested until you screw up their plans.
Since with "Honor the Tong Redux" you don't actually attack the Morag Tong, but the bandit-like Camonna Tong, you aren't bound to meet the Morag Tong at all.
But the Morag Tong's hunting parties will still come after you, which may be an interesting concept, but happens after you side against the lackeys of house Hlaalu (House Hlaalu is not exactly looked upon favorably in Morrowind, at the moment), which is rather perplexing for all the reasons listed in the home page of "Honor the Tong Redux".
With this patch, the hunting parties coming for your head will be from Camonna Tong and the Writ of Execution they bear is actually a "counterfeit" writ. (for sake of compatibility, I only edited the title of the vanilla writ, not replaced it, so if there is a mod with a quest that triggers by reading that note, it won't break your game)
Basically they are going around acting like they are the Morag Tong in order to not to arouse any suspicion while they do their business.
What's the catch, then?
The counterfeit writ still says you are meant to be killed because you are a member of the Dark Brotherhood, but the Camonna have no interest (and likely no means) to actually investigate your affiliation to the Brotherhood (is supposed to be a secret group, after all).
So, to put it bluntly, they just wrote down a reason good enough for not being questioned and will come after you with this same fake writ, no matter if you are part of the Dark Brotherhood or a proper citizen.
That's what you get for crossing a criminal syndicate.

Note: There are two version of the patch, if you use LotD or not. Not much actually changes beside the model and some details.

Just be sure the quest DLC2WE08 is actually not running while you install it (it triggers while you are travelling in outside areas, I made it while I was in an inner cell - literally in the cells of the bullwark - but any inner cell should work). You can install it before or after completing "Served Cold", indifferently.

1- Go back to Skyrim
2- Sleep for some days (2 or 3 should be enough)
3- Make a backup save
4- Install this mod
