This one was quite interesting, I had to change my plans a little bit to make it the way I wanted. Keeping with the theme of the others, it's a quite simple house.
Features
A cooking station.
A bookshelf with capacity to store and display up to 54 books.
Two beds, one for you and another for a follower.
A tanning rack.
Several safe containers.
A Shrine of Talos.
Location You will find the the Cottage in Falkreath, next to the Graveyard....technically outside the city. I know, I know, it's supposed to be inside the city, but I couldn't find a good place to put the house without conflicting with several things. I'll admit defeat here.
How to Get You will find the key inside a satchel in Bloated Man's Grotto, the place where Ill Met By Moonlight take place. I don't usually kill Sinding, and if I'm not a werewolf the ring is useless, so a free player home will be a nice reward.
Additional details No navmesh problems with this one, I think I'm getting bettet at this. The house exterior is surrounded by a collision box set to navcut, but the porch is still accessible to NPCs.
