It should be. Put your SSEEdit folder in your game installation folder (where your Skyrim exe is). Then add SSEEdit to your MO2 executables (gear icon). Then run SSEEdit in MO2 and voila.
Go-to weapon for my Dwemer character. Made a few quick QOL edits in SSEEdit for my playthrough: - reduced the tempering ingredients to 1x of each - changed the name from "Flame tongue" to "Flame Tongue"

The dwarven monado tbh I wouldnt mind an upgraded version with a beam sword of molten fire coming out of it that extends a bit further forward but that's out of my level of skill lmao
sorry if this is late but if you wanna search for a modded item just type into the console "Help (item name) 0" then once you find the item ID next to the name just type "Player.additem (ID of item) (number of item)"
