He's probably worn out from all the things he's forced to do, next he'll be forming a Union and going on strike.Support the Dovahkiin! Unfair and oppressive working conditions!
I was drinking coffee when I read this. Now I have to clean it up. OP gets "Innocent post of the week" here! Thanks for totally making my day! I love this community!
For those who can't make it work, take the previous version not the latest one in the old files, pick the 1.2.0 this one works fine for me (Aniversary 1.6.640 downgraded for me). A good suggestion would be a power or a key to use to manually activate it instead. :)
What will we be without Power Of The Three's mods and other fixes?
AE/SSE v. 1.6.640 This is an amazing mod, great work man, been waiting for something like this!
However it's unfortunate that whatever I do, I just can't seem to get it to work. Skimming through every comment and attempting every fix, from trying different mod versions to literally editing every Skyrim ini file I've got! Surely it's something on my end, but I can't for the life of me figure it out after hours of troubleshooting.
Latest version works for me. For some reason I needed to talk to an NPC first before it would kick in. I have fAutoVanityModeDelay=10 just for quick testing and it seems to work flawlessly now that I've spoken to an NPC. I wonder if talking to an NPC resets any kind of package that the player had or something? It's weird.
Anyway yeah, it works like a charm now! It's interesting to see what my character gets up to especially when I go AFK for a bit.
This mod is a lot of fun. However, with the 1.3.0 update from 1.2.0 (which worked fine) the spinning vanity mode kicks in instead of the sandboxing. I went back to 1.2.0 and it worked fine. I thought maybe with the changes to "disable sandboxing while player controls are disabled" may have something to do with it so I set the vanity mode interval for 5 seconds. Still the spinning camera.
I am using OAR/DAR mods but I disabled all running and checked that the only idle playing was the standard default idle. Still spinning camera. I am happy to keep running 1.2.0 as it worked fine for me without issues, I just wanted to report this anomaly I am having with 1.3.0. If you'd like me to send you some more info, just let me know.
Thanks for this mod! If anyone else is having trouble getting it working, it's possible that it is working, just that your vanity camera timing changed for some reason. Mine was at the default 120 seconds, and it worked like normal. Then I installed this mod, changed nothing else, and it took about ten minutes of standing idle before the sandboxing kicked it. I went to my Skyrim.ini to see if it had changed for some reason (I don't know how stuff works), but the fAutoVanityModeDelay option wasn't even listed (in face I don't even see a [Camera] section), which seems odd.
Anyway, try hanging out for about ten minutes. Then if it still doesn't kick in, maybe it actually isn't working for you.
Does anyone know if it's safe to add the fAutoVanityModeDelay=120 to my Skyrim.ini? Am I looking at the wrong file? It's not listed in my SkyrimPrefs.ini, either.
EDIT: For some reason, this did just start working before too long, and it worked for a while as I continued building my load order and testing for mod conflicts. I didn't specifically test this one constantly, but I did notice it working when I was idle for a couple of minutes during testing. Then at some point it just stopped working for the most part. It works maybe one out of ten times. I can't for the life of me figure out which mod is conflicting with it, and I'm pretty deep into building the load order for this playthrough, so it could take an entire day to try to isolate it.
Does anyone know what types of mods might be the problem?
I took a pic of the only conflict I see in xEdit, but I don't know how to safely resolve it without just not using a couple of other mods. Also not certain that this is why it isn't working, but if anyone has any suggestions for me, let me know:

> Prevent sandboxing if player controls are disabled or player is already controlled by another package
But I don't even think I have anything like that happening, as I also tried it on a new save and from the main menu with "coc riverwood"

Does that mean that the food in the player's inventory will be consumed or is it just playing an animation without actually consuming anything?
NPC doesn't lose any item
you can sweep the floor without having a broom. And animation uses broom ofc.
