For guys using version 1.5.97, you need to have BEES to let the .esp work properly.
And if you do not want to install BEES, here's another way ----open the .esp file with SSEEdit --- check the 'file header' part --- edit the header version from '1.71' =>'1.70' (just type in the numbers) --- save file.
great mod!!! but I feel like the stamina cost for timed block is way way too low, making it way too OP.... so is there a way to increase the stamina cost? perhaps up to percentage of normal block? like 70% should be fine.. and make stagger cost more stamina like 120% of normal block, when don't have enough stamina can only perform time block without stagger...also can only normal block if stamina not even enough for timed block would be perfect!!!
I was looking for a simple SKSE based timed block mod and it helped a lot. However, I am having trouble getting the sound to play.I don't think the sound folder is included in the mod.Sorry if this is my fault. But again, it is a really good mod. Thanks for making it.
im trying to remove old script based like smiloden or wildcat for vr but want a replacement for timed block mechanic
but to use this + dual wield block VR (motion based blocking activation) does this mod's dual wield block dont get activated as long as I dont assign the key?
this mod's dual wield block key setting is just to assign the key you use for your dual wield block mod. this mod works by adding the effect onto the player on a certain keypress. By default it is the block key. if you have a dual wield block mod, you block with another key. The setting just tells my mod which key that is
Hi again, Styxxus! I'm planning on trying to make a small mod for personal use (using Simple Timed Block as a dependency) that makes timed block staggers only proc after three timed blocks in quick succession. I was thinking of trying to do this by defining a stagger perk in this mod's ini, and then adding that perk to the player after the first or second successful timed block (maybe using a script?), and checking to see if the next blocked hit is blocked within 0.33 seconds of the attack (the perk would then be removed around 1.5 seconds after being added). My worry is that Papyrus might be too slow to be in sync with the timed blocks added by this mod, so I wanted to ask, is there another way I could do this using the existing functions of this mod that I may be overlooking?

This way, mages can also take advantage of this system, not only warriors
also, try "mouse4" instead of 260
tho i never tested the mouse keys and i absolutely didn't test all possible keys, maybe the extra mouse keys simply don't work that well.
