Version 3.4
- Added an MCM option to give perk points instead of rank perks for magic/lockpicking skills
- Changed the behaviour of the LITE checkbox so it no longer resets skill ranks, as this harmed the user experience and could be exploited to gain easy perk points

Version 3.3
- Added perk points for all rank milestones. Magic and lockpicking skills will only receive perk points if the associated rank perk (i.e. the Novice perk) has already been unlocked by the player. LITE mode disables these rewards.

- Updated metadata from Form 43 to Form 44 to "officially" support Skyrim SE (no harm was done if you've used an older version of this mod with SSE).
