    Why does it say, on the ninth image, that the optional black texture is not recommended?

      The image was automatically carried over from the mod page for classic Skyrim. I'm not sure why it says that tbh.

      Because the author thought the black version wasn't as "detailed" and didnt look as good. Probably because its all black and the details don't pop as much would be my guess.

    I know this probably isn't the place for this, but every time I see this I feel like replacing the metal with stalhrim would look amazing.

    The mod doesn't appear to be working with Joy of Perspective, the torso is missing. Any chance for a compatibility patch?

      Joy of Perspective is a huge hack that removes all first person meshes from models via the .esp plugin. I don't really want to support it, sorry (no offense to the author).

      You can achieve the same effect by copying the 3rd person NIF files from this mod and renaming them to the 1st person files (replacing the ones that come with it), or by removing the 1st person path from the armor addons using SSEEdit. Or using a different 1st person view mod.

      Personally I'm not gonna do a physics variant of this one since it's metal.

      I don't mean physics but the new "CBBE body physics" which comes with "Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE" for SSE.
      But I have tested and it seems to fit fine.

      Other than having physics, the CBBE Body Physics is 100% identical, yes. Equipping a torso armor will "remove" the physics (or rather, it doesn't have it).
