    This mod should overwrite ANY mod it conflicts with

    If it conflicts with another mod, it's because that mod is trying to bundle this mod with it, and they almost certainly bundled an outdated version that is going to cause you issues.

    IMPORTANT: If you are using Skyrim version 1.6+, you must install the AE version of PapyrusUtil and Address Library. It DOES NOT MATTER if you don't have the Anniversary Edition DLC; any version past 1.5.97 is considered AE. 

    Make sure your Address Library and SKSE64 install are fully up to date.

    And as always, make sure no mods are overwriting the up-to-date version of PapyrusUtil with an outdated version (such as Simply Knock and Campfire)

    If you are still getting an error message somewhere, try running the default Skyrim launcher once from Steam or directly (via SkyrimSELauncher.exe in the main folder) and then go back to launching with skse and/or your mod manager.

    The latest release will ONLY ever be compatible with the newest version released on Steam, currently v1.6.1170. Anything other than that is not supported, and you will have to download an older version of PapyrusUtil that matches your installed version.

    Obviously, if you have the GoG version of the game at version 1.6.1179, install the GoG version.

    Hi! Can i ask why virustotal says it connects to two random ip´s? Im a little worried because there are many people commenting in those ip´s that is has to do with malware, sorry to bother, and for the broken english---

      It doesn't. Nothing in the entire plugin establishes any external connection. The source code is available on GitHub if you want to check. The connections you are seeing are coming from something else.

    Hello I have a problem with the Papyrus version. I am currently using version 1.6.640, so I install version 4.4 compatible with my Skyrim, the problem arises with the fact that this version of Papyrus is old which makes it incompatibilities with some mods with which I want to play, is there an updated version (4.6) Compatible with Skyrim 1.6.640? (Google translation) Thanks.

    I have a question about package overrides. Can I only remove packages, which I have added with PapyrusUtilsSE, or also the normal packages of an actor ? Because my problem is, that a mod gives in a quest an "AttackerAlias" a Follow package, whose destination is the "VictimAlias" of the same quest, but if the attacker doesn't reach the victim after 90 seconds, it clears the victim alias with VictimAlias.Clear(). But this sometimes leads to CTD's (the target is NULL then in "BGSProcedurePursue"), so I thought, a solution maybe to simply remove the Follow package from the attacker, before clearing the victim alias.

      Just the ones added by PapyrusUtil. The plugin doesn't touch the original packages; it just overrides them with its own when valid.

    Seems like ScanCellNPCsByFaction still CTDs for VR. I can provide a crash log if needed.

    Just a comment:

    I downloaded the AE version but found that the meta data was missing or something but under version there was a yellow triangle.
    Just thought some people might get confused. when you double click on the name the fields are blank which tells me that the meta data is missing.
    or someone has repackaged it for some reason.

    Having said that it does work, seems to anyway. Too early to tell.

    I have this message int MO2
    papyrusutil plugin versión 2 (PapyrusUtil.dll, PapyrusUtil VR - Scripting Utility Functions)  not compatible
    I have the requirements (ADDRESS LIBRARY all in one and VR Addres Library as well as sksevr_2-00_12)
    Nothing is overwriting PapyrusUtil files
    I would appreciate any help

    Hey guys, looking for some advice here.  My 'papyrusUtilDev.Log' file is getting bombed with entries stating: ( Package[3992984976] Priority[90] Flag[1]
    Override Picked -- Package[590713696] Priority[90] Flag[1])

    Ok, found out that that log doesn't show the data in hex.  After converting to hex, you can find the form id of the packages involved.
    though, the second formid doesn't exist as a package in sseEdit which means it's being generated at runtime by some other mod.  fun.  Anyway, I removed the first mod which is "bandits not psycos" and problem is fixed.

    Does anyone know why this isn't in my load list in-game? I'm using the AE version with no errors but its just not showing up. if it helps im using vortex.
