Very underrated mod IMO. Very good stats and powers for races and also good implementation (comparing to Imperious wich is very good but need many patches and not always work as intended). Thanks for sharing this
As already stated in the description, there's an interval of 0.5 seconds between stacks. In extreme cases I found out that you can get 7 stacks from concentration spells, i.e 70% magic resistance. Additionally, this buff isn't very useful against concentration spells, because the resistance only applies to subsequent spells, not the one you're already being attacked with. This is an engine level limitation.
I just want to say, kudos to you for figuring out percentage-based buffs for Health/Stamina/Magicka. I tried that myself years back, but never found a way to do it in the CK. I always figured it could be done with a script, but by the time I was a proficient in papyrus scripting, I had already abandoned my standing stone/racial ability mod ideas and moved on to other projects.
You're welcome to check out the source scripts on how to do it! It's relatively simple, but as you said, requires a script. Also, I'm not the only one who did it; LeucisticDinosaur also made a slightly similar method in his Old Fashioned Birthsigns mod. Mine is simpler and works for all values but is slightly slower, while their works up to a certain value but is slightly faster.
i like the ideas it reminds me of Freyr and Mannaz, and i love the lore friendly part of it. I haven't tried it out myself but are the special powers 1 day powers or magicka/stamina cost? also are you gonna be working on a standing stone mod to click with this one for each race like Freyr and Mannaz?
There are no greater powers in this mod, some abilities such as Ancestor Guardian have a cooldown but not 1/day. As for the Standing stones, yes, I'm going to make one, but no it'll not be like Freyr, more like Evenstar or Mundus.
Gotcha. I feel like there was a different race overhaul that added that, but it may have been a scripty implementation.
Yours seems like it should be nice and lightweight. How does the imperial buff translate in gameplay? The xp buff seems a tad heavy on paper. Would it be broken if using static skill leveling?
Imperial's XP buff just works similar to the Mage, Thief and Warrior stones, except it works for all skills, since the Imperial is supposed to be the "Jack of all trades" race.

Thank you for making this mod.
I wish you a happy day.
im sorry if im misunderstanding this, but it sounds OP on paper.
