There is an optional version that must be used with the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch to get rid of the cooking pot it added. If you see two cooking pots on top of each other in the kitchen, you need this version instead of the default download.
Yes it is. As others have said, just don't do the fish tank CC add-on when you talk to Falk. I'll probably do a fish tank patch when I get some time tho, I think it would be a cool addition to the home.
I rolled the dice on this one, with all the negative comments. It has worked just fine with only one glitch, a chest and safe are slightly merged together in the bedroom to the right of the bed, but they work ... I can live with something so minor. Has everything I need, no doors blocked, nothing floating, big hot tub auto undress works. It looks really nice for as old as it is, not massively overdone like some of the newer ones, it fits the rest of my game aesthetically. I'm using 1.6.64 (using JK's mods and Skyland AIO with all the patches) without any of that CC crap (from day one that crap breaks the game), so I won't be adding the Fish Improvements from Falk. I'll update if anything goes awry.
Yeah, I came here today to say that this is still my go-to for Proudspire, still the standard against which all other Proudspire mods should be judged. And now it's EVEN BETTER. I looked at another Proudspire mod yesterday that did some interesting (and architectionally rational) things with the interior layout, but gods, it was so DARK inside — and the author seems to have a penchant for putting multiple alchemy tables in his houses, and baths that are difficult to get in and out of.
The chest/safe issue, you could almost certainly adjust yourself as an interim measure using Decorator Helper. (Tip: Whenever possible, select the object you want to move in the console before activating the Decorator Helper power, it's much easier that way, especially for small objects.) But I hadn't noticed the issue myself yet, I just bought Proudspire late last night.
The one minor thing I noticed in 1.6.1170 (still reporting as SE, not AE) is that after decorating, there's still a bunch of crates stacked in the shelves in the lower hallway. I don't love those, honestly. I might try just disabling them with the console. And I just today realized the one thing missing is that there isn't anywhere in the house a fireplace you can sit down in front of. Vilja likes to do that.
(I mean, there's the bard infestation ... but I think Proudspire, even vanilla, has ALWAYS had problems with weird bards showing up uninvited. I wouldn't mind quite so much if they didn't always seem to have blackface glitches.)
this mod is messed up on AE, its not compatible with CC content. the fish add on or smth i forgot its name, will float near the dining area even if you use "disable" command
This was my favorite TNF home in Legendary Edition. Now I'm playing Anniversary Edition and the house is now bugged with some chair blocking the basement's hallway and the patio door clipping through the stairs. Not sure if this is due to AE home improvements I bought from Falk or due to JK's Skyrim mod. Any help to fix em would be appreciated.
UPDATE: I found those home improvements from Falk are from the Fishing CC content (I almost forgot Falk offers fishing improvements in this house). Hoping for this mod to have a Fishing Compatibility Patch.
Is there any way a Distinct Interiors patch could be made for this, that removes objects which block and obstruct hallways and whatnot? Would be greatly loved.
Once I downloaded and installed this mod, I periodically hear falling rocks or boulders like you hear from many falling boulder traps such as the one on the road between Pinewatch and Falkreath. Anyone know what this is and if I can disable it?
I know this mod was make 2 years ago but I've bought the upgrades and went up stairs and where the giant chest is there's a four by four wall block in the middle of the door way, this is the only mod I have for proudspire manor, is there a fix for that?
got a strange issue with NPC followers and spouses in this mod: They're all behaving dumb and running against the walls wenn trying to move up and down the stairs. I'm using the 3D Floor Sandboxing mod, don't know wether this matters. But in all the other TNF homes I have installed the NPCs are working just fine. Anyone else who got this issue and any ideas how it could be fixed?
It's a pathfinding issue that is probably caused by ai not seeing the changes made by the mod or something. I have the same problem and haven't figured out how to solve it yet
This problem also occurred to me. It is still impossible to replace the version and use the code many times. I have to delete this module because it is unbearable

This isn't compatible with AE is it ? :(
Good to know :D thanks for the update.
