While most comments are appreciated, I'd prefer if you do not comment until you have fully read the description and have actually tried the weapon in game.

First off, wow. So many comments and I am thankful for all of them. I apologize for being inactive for so long but have had a lot happen in between now and all the way back then when I was modding. Now I hope I can knock the cobwebs off my brain and really do some modding again. This sword is one I never forgot and I'm upset to realize that it had more issues than it should have. Again, for this I am sorry.

I flagged this as ESL and it appears to work fine, added it to my inventory to test and was able to use it just fine. The only thing is, when I went to castle Volkihar, Harkon wouldn't pull it out and use it. I'm not sure if that's just part of the base game or not though as I've never gone to the castle and started fighting him upon meeting him, lol.
For anyone else who is trying to flag this as ESL the process is not that complicated. You just need to use SSEEdit linked here if you don't already have it.
Once you are in the program you find ORI - HarkonSword.esp, right click it and select the none option and then click the box next to the file and press okay. Once you've done that and its done its thing you only need right click the file again and compact form ID. After that you look in the files info box and right click the empty box next to record flags, click edit and click the box next to esl. After that save your changes with the drop down in the top right and you're done!
Can you send me the ESL for this? I have never and will never look into making Esp's Esl's myself but I would appreciate it if you could share it with me!
Cool idea, but need a lot of things to be refined. The effects are too powerful, and can even affect bosses that shouldn't be vulnerable to it. If you continue hitting an enemy that was already knocked over by this sword, and proc the same enchantment, it will cause the enemy to get perma stuck in knocked out animation, and they wouldn't be able to do anything. The "make ally" enchantment is also broken, you can temporarily make someone your ally and kill them, and guards won't budge an eye. unless there is a mod that fixes it or you're just here for the model, you probably don't want to use it as is.

Can you revamp the throwing ability somehow? Maybe something like levitating the victim in place? Its suck to chase them everytime they went flying🥲, overall i really like your mod
Love the sword, but would it be possible to give it some more charges? As it is now, the enchantments are only good for 1 dungeon before every charge is depleted.

That should show the sword in the list and the ID required to use Player.AddItem *Insert ID here* then a number at the end like 1 or 2 to effectively spawn one or two of the same item. Hope that helps man.
P.S: I am not entirely sure how new you are to Skyrim SE/AE modding so also to clarify, it's Tilde AKA: ` on your keyboard in order to bring up the console.
I really like the effects of its enchantments, but I would like some option to disable some special effect of an enchantment because there is an effect I think it would be "Blood Bend" which for me is very OP.
Several times that I fought against an enemy, I hit him and then the enemy stops attacking me and does not even react with the other blows that I give him. So that effect is too powerful if you are fighting 1vs1 with some bandit boss
Yeah, while it's a cool gimmick in theory it usually disrupts the pace of combat. If I could remove one thing from this mod it would definitely be that blood bend ability.
You can open the mod in mo2 by right clicking and clicking on (open in explorer). Then delete the Blood Bend Script. I wouldn't recommend deleting mid game though.
