TT's Main Menu Background Replacers - Dark Fantasy (my mod replace this file completely)
You can install this with vortex just like any other mod.
Manual Installation :
Place the "Meshes" and "textures" folder inside of the "Data" folder in your main game install.
Data folder location : steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data
