I didn't expect to find such a cozy house in the Dwemer style. Thank you very much! But there are a few problems. Unlike my other houses, my partners don't change into their home clothes in this house. For some reason, they don't consider this house to be mine. Here you can see some other textures sticking out of the wall. Скрин1   Скрин 2 Although, perhaps, some of my other mods are to blame for this. And please add a version of a house without a door on the territory of Skyrim. When loading the mod, a round-trip teleportation spell is added to the inventory. I use house mods that leave no traces in the vanilla territory of Skyrim. I appreciate the world of the game. Sorry about the Google translator.

This is the most original way of purchasing a player home. I like when acquiring a player home is fair&balanced and lore-friendly. So I generally prefer purchasing the player homes, and I particularly dislike the homes you "get for free" (what's the point lol). But man, this way of acquiring your player home is really nice. Beating centurions isn't easy in the beginning of a player's playthrough, so acquiring the home really feels rewarding. Well done !

Also, I see the mod wasn't compatible with JK's Markarth Outskirts. Will it be fixed anytime soon ?

Thanks! I'm in the same boat, I like having to earn my home.
I just uploaded an alternate file of the mod that appears to work with Markarth Outskirts without any conflicts.

I checked and it seems it definetly does conflict with JK's Markarth Outskirts. I don't even know if you can enter. Granted I haven't gotten the cores to even attempt yet but just looking at things seems unlikely. I'm not great at making cell edit patches though and when terrain is involved I don't know how to edit terrain mesh.

Thanks for checking it out. I’ll upload another version with a different entrance hopefully next week here. I’m currently moving and already have the PC packed so it might be a bit.

I hope things have been fairing well for you. I was wondering if you had any sort of update on this.

there is a reasonable proposal to move the house outside the mods that change the surroundings of the marquart either north to the road or south and closer to the mine near the village

I just uploaded an alternate file that places the entrance further outside Markarth. I was able to run Markarth Outskirts without any conflicts.
Sorry for the delay and thanks for your interest in my mod!

Looks great. I'm interested in it but how is it with JK's Markarth Outskirts and Fabeled Forests?

Thank you! I haven't tested either, but I think Fabled Forests should be safe. Markarth Outskirts would most definitely conflict. There really isn't much other than a door and an arch on the exterior so it would be pretty easy to relocate the entrance somewhere less conflicting.

Well I will probably download for a future playthrough. Probably a playthrough that I use the Timelost Dwemer Race Mod for my race, which will most likely be done after I do the Ancient Falmer by the same mod author. I just redid my mod list and just finished the grass cache and DynDOLOD and I spent essentially half a week getting everything done and I still technically need to do some more testing so I'm just ready to get some game time in. Edit: Well it seems I can actually implement it in this round of testing since I'm having to rerun DynDOLOD anyway.

using GG's Markarth Outskirts also, checking for compatibility issues. Will update with results, but yea this really is a high traffic area for a playerhome seeing as the big overhauls usually target city exteriors.

-Edit- Not the most gamebreaking thing but definitely not compatible with GG's Markarth Exteriors. Entrance is still accessible but I believe GG places some horses there so you'll have horses stuck in the mountain right by the entrance. A second version where the entrance is somethere a bit less traffic'd would be awesome

I feel Markarth, Riften, Riverwood, and Whiterun are heavy traffic areas.
