Reverted the gibber's mechanic back to how it was prior to 1.0.3 (yes, I know, I am indecisive). The gibber will be stronger in Mania than it is in Dementia. You can tell what the current value of the gibber is by checking to see which face is displayed face-up in your inventory.

Reworked how gibbers function. The prices in stores are no longer adjusted, rather single gibbers in Mania will be worth 1.6 gibbers and those in Dementia will be worth 1 gibber (noted on the bottom of the coin asset itself). If using C.O.I.N., these values will instead match the number set in that mod's MCM menu.
