Minor Compatibility patch; moves a brazier added by ELFX - Exteriors out from being in the centre of the ramp to Jorrvaskr Tower, into a more sensible position nearby.
Alternatively, pick the other file and disable it entirely.
Will patch further if I find other inconsistencies or people make requests.
Compatibility: With the mods required, this is a patch for a patch already so you're on your own.
Load Order: Low, only edits 4 records relating to the Brazier.
