      You can convert it to form 44 by using creation kit.

      Working fine for me..

    The dragon bone weapons aren't over powered. Will this be fixed along with the DLC items?

    Do these end up showing up in game ? Or are they unique to the player who crafts them?

      They should be unique as they can only be crafted.
      The weapons are duplicates of there twins with a damage boost so NPC's will not have them
