This mods has been well tested but please keep in mind due to some dependency on SKSE64 this mod should be considered as Alpha as long as SKSE64 is Alpha.
****UPDATE**** So looking at the mod in SSEEdit, I noticed that in the Constructable Objects tab, Silver Bolts have a crafting condition that Silver Arrows do not: [Subject.GetGlobalValue(DLC1TechXbowSteelChanceNone [GLOB:0200398A]) = 0.000000 AND]. So I made a simple patch that removes that line, and lo and behold it worked! I can now craft Silver Bolts at the forge, and if you're using Honed Metal, blacksmiths can now craft them for you. I hope this helps anyone else trying to figure out why they can't craft Silver Bolts.
I will go through and check to see if that condition is present in any other of the recipes. I don't think it is, but I'll check.
Oh cool I was wondering about this. The bolts recipes (both steel and silver) just aren't showing up. I use SPERG so maybe it's a perk conflict. Is it as simple as just deleting those excess lines in ssedit?
Legendary Crossbows and Bows has recipes for fire arrows, among others. There are also silver arrows and silver bolts in there too, but they’re different from the ones in this mod. They don’t seem to conflict, however. Neither overwrites the other, as far as I can tell.
For whatever reason I'm having trouble with the MCM to work on my game. I know this is about 3 years late but would it be possible for you to write out the command needed to add the silver arrow crafting via console commands? For now I'm just using the console command to add the arrows and getting rid of the materials needed to keep it fair, but I would really like to be able to craft them too. Thanks!
Really good idea, not using SKSE just yet but have d'loaded - tracked and will endorse. Soon as I start updating - adding SKSE mods this will come right in the load order
