Based on the screenshots, I was looking forward to downloading the version without the red tattoo... However if what you envision for the final version is all you wish to put out, that's fine 😊
You can remove the tattoo yourself without having any modding skills. How I fixed it: Pure Kaidan Replacer\Textures\Actors\Character\FaceGenData\FaceTint\0 keygen.esp there is one file called 00002F9A, you need to open Photoshop or any photo editor (you can online if not) and use a patch to transfer textures from the clean part to the tattooed one. Replace the file. Done.
