Want the old mask back after all? Craft them back from the rings under daedric crafting at the forge.
Requires ebony or glass smithing perk.


The Familiar Ring: Combines all masks into a single ring (may be a bit cheating). Due to the way
Skyrim handles crafting intermediate rings cannot be made. (They can if one feels inclined to make the
500+ recipies to do so.)

Use forge/misc/DragonPriestIngot to melt down the familiar ring and then the smelter to get masks back.
