   I did not instal a 60fps mod, but I did put in the Fallout 4 Binaries as I was getting to much stutter, I think I will stick with the error code message rather than go back to the awful stuttering which was driving me mad....

   I had this issue as well. The mod I found that was interfering was Better World Map. So I would check any map replacement mods as well. Cheers

   if you have installed a 60 fps interface mod that WILL break it so don't install any of those mods

   I freshly installed SkyUI, kept it at the end of my load list, and launched with SKSE, but I'm still getting error messages telling me I need to make sure another mod hasn't overwritten the file and that I'm using the latest version.

      Sadly I get the same problem, even tested only using SkyUI, sad times.

      Same, me as well. Tried moving the enb all over the place makes very little difference. MCM loads up fine however. Not game breaking, the game doesnt crash it just gives the warning and then shows the default menus. Frustrating.

      OK I checked the other swfs looking for the conflict, I guess for me it was the dualshock controller icons mod causing all the trouble.

      Cheers mate! I removed the dualshock controller icons mod and I solved this rubbish problem!

   What version of Skyrim are you running? That could make a difference. It definitely will not work with Skyrim VR.

   Same as the others. Newest SKSE64, installed/uninstalled this mod several times...looked all over the web, lots of the same issues, no fixes. The .swf files appear to be ok, could this have something to do with the flash sequencing? I'm at a loss. Maybe we try different older SKSE64/SKYUI combos?
