By default, Skyrim Arrow Overhaul's broadhead bolts act just as same as broadhead arrows.
I wondered, shouldn't these bolts have better penetration than arrows?
I know that real world bolts don't do that better than arrows, crossbows are bad, draw length matters blah blah.
But many fantasy games described crossbows stronger than bows, and Skyrim is also a fantasy game not a medieval reenactment so...
This is how arrows and bolts work in Skyrim Arrow Overhaul. Broadhead bolts can only penetrate very small perimeter of 'neck' against heavy armored enemies.
And I gave broadhead 'bolts' a new category of its own, and now it can penetrate heavy armor helmet. Broadhead 'arrow' remains as it is.
No more full-armored lollygagging in front of a crossbow.
