Better Dremora Merchant and merchant gold tweaks actually does the same thing(adding in Daedric items for you to buy), it also lets you craft a spell tome that can be used to get the spell to summon the merchant using 3 pieces of leather at a tanning rack, and gives him 200,000 gold to barter with.
From what I can see from the mod page image, it doesn't look like he sells Daedric Armor, plus my intent with this mod was to be a more balanced and immersive take, whereas the mod you mentioned feels more like a cheat mod with the whole "craft a spell tome with easily accessible materials that instantly gives you an endgamey power", which is fine and all, but it wasn't what I was going for.
200,000 gold is a lot, sure, but even in a vanilla-like setting 20,000 should be enough for most characters imo, I didn't want to go too overboard with that. Plus his inventory seems to refresh quicker than other merchants, or maybe its just me, idk. There's always the quicksave-hit-quickload trick if somehow you need to dump even more than 20,000 onto him.
Also there is a bug in Skyrim's engine where merchants cannot have more than 32,000 something gold or a paradox happens and suddenly they have no gold on them, I dunno the specifics but I also wanted to avoid having people download extra mods just for another to work.
TLDR: I wanted a more balanced take on the mod you mentioned, plus it doesn't look like he sells Daedric Armor which was what I wanted him to do.
