I'm sorry because I'm probably being thick, but what is the SMIM chair patch for? I looked at the chairs in the main download and they have the same SMIM textures set as in the patch, so what's different in the patch?
Are you using the Vanilla version or Rally's main file? The SMIM patch is meant only for the Vanilla version of my mod. The SMIM chairs are included in Rally's original mod and thus I included them in my HP version for Rally's mod as well (Rally's retexture is based on the SMIM UV layout). I just noticed that I did not specify it as such in my description, though.
Thanks Gutmaw. Yeah, I'll add throneriften01 in the next update. I missed that one, so thanks for the suggestion. I actually adjusted the UV of chair02 to have the separation lines of the wooden planks line up better between the top and front faces. Does it look off on your end? It might depend on the retexture you are using, though. If you don't mind, let me know what texture you are using and I'll check it out on my end.
It was apparent using my Noble chair textures from SFCO/SFCO3, as well as Rustic Furniture. I just uploaded new chair and bed meshes based on this mod (thank you!!) and fixed the UV, so u can pull the chair from SFCO3 and see what I mean, and just use it if u want. Thx
Very nice! That noble set has been one of the biggest eyesores in the game since launch, there's some decent stuff around to try and fix it but this looks like the one now. Thank you very much for sharing.
I'm a user of vanilla complex parallax though, and I tried making some of own parallax patches but while some of the models are okay, a couple of them aren't, presumably due to UV tweaks. Might be just a me thing, but it'd be nice to have vanilla parallax compatible version, totally understanadable if you didn't see it as necessary though. Thanks either way.
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I do not make use of parallax myself (not anymore, anyway), so I'm not sure if I'll be able to do a better job than you with adding it. But thanks for the suggestion, I'll keep it in mind for a possible future addition.
Well apparently I'm just incompetent because I ran the ParallaxGen tool (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/120946?tab=posts&BH=2) and recieved perfectly functional parallaxing furniture but with your meshes as the base. So that's pretty neat.
Thank you. I incorporated similar UV fixes as the ones in Rustic Furniture UV Fix into my V1.2 update. As for Obscure's Noble Shelves, I'd suggest simply having their mod overwrite mine.

Also, your UVs on the noblechair02.nif are off...just on the backrest part.

It is supposed to be a fix for the vanilla mesh, but I must have gotten the texture path wrong.
