"The best loot mod. The only loot mod. There are no other loot mods" no, no, and no.
"it's weird that the Dragonborn suddenly gains magical star knowledge to craft insane soul-wrenching deatharmor anyways" no, it's not weird. you're the weirdo for saying it's weird. you don't craft insane soul-wrenching deatharmor without leveling up blacksmithing and have no perks. there's progression so it's not weird with high level blacksmith and perks to craft insane soul-wrenching deatharmor. it makes 100% sense, plus there are mods about blacksmith so it makes even more sense.
"Higher level robes are removed" there are Master level mages = higher level mages than Novice Mage and you can be Archmage > Master Mage. guess what? wearing higher level robes than a Novice Mage makes 100% sense. removing the high level robes from high level mages is what doesn't make sense.
"If you are using Complete Crafting Overhaul by kryptopyr, make sure that Morrowloot loads after CCO." your arrogance is boundless, so what i will make sure is to load Complete Crafting Overhaul after to overwrite your changes in crafting, do the same for the robes(install mods that overwrite the changes), etc.

Wow. If you don't like the mod, just don't use it. Overwriting it's crafting changes kinda misses a big point of even using it imo.

I agree on some points. The mod had me until the armor smithing. I understand removing daedric, but you should be able to smith ebony, and possibly a crude version of dwarven (possibly less defense) as their true armor smiths are no longer around. I will attempt to load CCO after and see if that works for me.

I think half the people on Nexus are here just to complain.

with the smithing thing... to be fair by your logic you shouldn't be able to do most spells, do any enchanting, or find out what kind of potion you just made until you drink it.

My bad for not reading the whole description, but how dumb not being able to craft ebony or even dwarven armor.

    is this really necessary ?
"Copy these files to your Skyrim/DATA folder. In the loose files version"
I don't like loose files and have all, so far even possible, as BSAs and want to make also BSa for this mod. Why that will not work? (or not tested?). In general I can't see a reason why BSAs should not work fine (I use NMM as manager and never has such a problem,)

You are thinking way too much about it. The instructions are there for the ARCHIVED version (Not available as of now) of the mod. For a reason is says "In the loose files version". Do whatever you please with how you install the mod, and also kindly read thoroughly.

Umbra is gone in lore, but they added it in a creation mod so what do I know?

I was excited to try out this mod. I wanted to try out some civil war mods as well so a mod that keeps high level gear rare fits perfectly.
I started as a member of the legion with  another life, walked outside, and saw a glass battleaxe sitting on the smiths anvil.
    My disappointment was immeasurable.

Not an answer to the question.

I, however, laughed out loud and even told my husband your answer. Thank you for the laugh.

Hi, thanks for this amazing mod, exactly what i needed.

When i used loot it warned to me saying that the plugin is dirty, can i safely clean it or it was supposed to be this way?
Thank you very much for this work!
