Makes Arcadia actually pay you rent money when you buy her store. You can either get 10,000 a week, or accept half at 5,000 and a favor.

This just edits the dialogue topics so you actually collect rent money from her.
Keep in mind, I didn't edit any of her responses because if you have the voiced version then the dialogue wouldn't match up so her responses may not make the most sense.
But now you can actually RP as a perverted landlord lol.
And at 100k to buy the store itself, you'll make your money back in at least 10 weeks. Beyond that it's just free money.
