      Also some NPCs are having trouble walking in and out of the city. No navemesh?

      I could not live with Ultimate Markarth not being compatible with SREX. It was the only city that had no big overhaul available with SREX compatibility.
      
      Try it out, it does not have many dependencies. I recommend JK's Outskirts to make it even bigger but JK+DoS is not required at all.
      
      You will get some epic LotR vibes for sure ;)
