      Its a boss wepon from Darkend.
      That mod has the sickest weapons I ve ever seen for skyrim (the bow is also amazing)

      If you want to suggest changes, that fundamentally alter the appearence of the armor, I am the wrong person to ask (I have permission to convert, nothing else). You have to take your request to the original author : GVLT
