Somehow this mod broke completly my access to any alchemy lab. I could access it once and then nothing happened anymore. Fortunately I could remove this mod even after the bug (doing so fixed it) so my save does not seem compromised. I'm using Mad God Overhaul list so probably a mod conflict of somekind... Or maybe this is not compatible with Skyrim VR?
Whenever I use or leave an alchemy station nothing happens for 10 seconds or so and won't accept any inputs. I assume it's related to the way this mod changes food into ingredients and back, is the delay normal?
The delay depends on how much items you have. In my tests with even full inventories of every item it was taking about 5 seconds, but if you have a lot of scripts running that could slow it down. You should see a "Transferring..." icon on the screen while this mod is converting the items.
"Detect Key" doesn't seem to do anything in my view from the character or from the local map view. What is it supposed to do when in proximity to a key? Thanks!
Edit: OK, so it spawns a fox "Guide" close to the key. Could the function be adjusted to allow the Guide or the key itself to be visible through walls? Often searching for a key means looking in a cluttered environment.
The guide fox should be visible through walls, it gets the same effect as the Aura Whisper shout which gives it a purple/pink highlight that you can see through walls.
So the food item would still do what it normally does such as some type of restore if ingested like normal and can also be used for alchemy? sorta a 2 in 1 option?
Absolutely love it man!! I would like to suggest though, for the muteness trait, maybe having the option for it to reduce spell effectiveness or increase spell cost? I know its not super lore friendly but I always imagine my (and other) mages muttering incantations under their breath to aid them in casting their spells. I could also see it being made back into damage personality if you could somehow make it increase the chances the target will give up and flee combat, and then you could even add the impacts on spellcasting and it would probably be more lore fitting. Also, it could be cool if you kept it as mute to make it decrease the sounds made when the target is hit (i don't really know how that system works so I may be mistaken here) to help with sneaky characters.
I sent an update an hour ago that makes the useless Muteness effect now affects shouts, please update and give it a look :) I thought about it affecting the target's ability to call for help and alert others, I couldn't figure out how though. So that's a maybe, for future!
I'll have to do some reading on the UESP wiki, but I think one could start by categorizing foods by type (e.g., fruit, root vegetable, raw meat, raw fish) and select certain archetypes to limit to one category (perhaps fortifying shouts for fruit or burden/slow/damage archery for raw fish).
@SasameSnow I love the idea so much, added! Now the muteness poison reduces the power of shouts. It's not a useless effect anymore! Thanks for the suggestion.

It would be better if there were PATCHES of various mods.
How about making the effect of muteness affect the cool time of shout?
Thanks for the suggestion.
