I think this mod should still work fine as Moonlight Tales is still the same as when it is made (as of November 5th), and it still worked with Predator Vision 2.0. However it was created by adding entries to the Moonlight Tales esp and replacing the original, so if Moonlight Tales changes it will loose compatibility. Also any other patches or mods that have to replace the Moonlight Tales esp will not be compatible.

Since SKSE64 is out, Predator Vision has the hot key function again, and I think that is what most people are using now. I work a couple jobs, so I don't get time to work on much else right now, and will likely leave this patch as it is.

It was really good for allowing the clear visuals in werewolf form while we were waiting on the fate of SKSE64, but I don't think many people use this patch now.

(2020 Update): I think everyone is now using SKSE on PC, so I am not really following this mod anymore. I think uploading for other platforms is not possible with the permissions I am following, so I won't be trying to upload it for Xbox or anywhere off Nexus. I started using hotkeys for Predator Vision myself now that I am patching the Skyrim LE version of MTSE for Requiem 4.0.1 in preparation for 5.x on Skyrim SE (just personal use- would need permission and perhaps some verification the right changes were made for sharing that!). For anyone comfortable with xEdit as a basic start- carry over the 900 starting bonus health from Requiem, the 200 starting bonus stamina, create a new effect entry to carry over the poison resistance. Next (a bit more advanced) if you want the Requiem passive heal you need to create a new effect entry and carry it over making Requiem a new master. There would be more that that to make a legit patch, but it will get things somewhat workable.

      Mentioned above in the Sticky:

Hello, not sure if you're still around Cetacean1,do you think you could add the thermal heat vision of predator vision to the roar of the predator skill essentialy replacing the one from MTSE ?
  6. Can I use predator vision and the moonlight tales SE patch with ported version of moonlight tales 2.33?

This patch only works with Moonlight Tales Special Edition - Werewolf and Werebear Overhaul (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2803/?), and should be good with v 1.35 of it.

Is this still needed now that Gopher has updated Predator Vision to 2.0?

I'd like to know, also. Maybe it's possible to work both with the "cheat section" power.

I will need to take a look. I had taken a break from Skyrim as I knew the quests too well, and had gotten to a point where I was simply deciding what I wanted to do now, and what and save for later rather than being immersed in the story. I still have the 0.21 version of Predator Vision last time I played. My current job has been keeping me busy, so I have not had much time.

All this patch does is get the night vision in the Moonlight Tales perk tree to use the hunters nightvison from Predator Vision by editing the Moonlight Tales esp so this would happen without needing SKSE. Predator Vision 2.0 may have another option, I have not tried it yet.

      Update:
Ok I looked at Predator Vision 2.0 and the Moonlight Tales SE patch in xEdit and they should still work together.

As for need it is less than it was before the stable SKSE64 was released, but might still appeal to some people who use game pads or don't use SKSE and SkyUI as it allows you to use the power build into Moonlight Tales and still get the effect. With SKSE64 and SkyUI you can use a hotkey like in classic Skyrim. I use a game pad myself, so I like not needing to do much with the keyboard.

Thank you. Just one question, when I installed your mod using MO2, in Flags, it says Redundant. For those who use MO2, what does that mean?

Okay I figured it out, it was put before Moonlight Tales in the mod section so it replaced nothing basically.

Since Predator Vision has now been transferred to SSE, can we use the SSE version instead of the Oldrim version?

The predator vision for SSE is the one you should use. It is the one I put the link to on the description page. I think the option Skyrim Nexus gave me for linking required files when I created the page was to the classic Skyrim version. I just updated it, and it seems to be going to the SSE version of predator vision now.

Was wondering if a list of the keybinds were somewhere? Can't seem to figure out the transform back to human. Without passing time. Other than that awsome mod.

I did not add or change any keybinds. What this patch does is change the night vision from the werewolf tree unlock in MLTSE to use the Hunter's Nightvision from Predator Vision when they are both installed correctly. Other than that everything works the same. In MLTSE you need to get the Revert Form perk to change back without waiting. I did not touch that.

Look at the "Perk Tree" and "New Roaring and Active Abilities" on the MLTSE page for how to acquire and activate the abilities (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2803/?).

You need a perk futher in the tree to switch back to human at will. It is done by looking straight ahead and sheathing your weapon AKA claws which then gives a prompt where you can select Revert to Human form or Cancel.

I am not familiar with xbox1, and what the differences would need to be.
