    To anyone checking comments before installing mods:
    Description doesn't specify it, but shout power ONLY affects frost and fire breath, no other shouts work, thankfully it seems to not just be done via script, and there's a perk in esp that has specific conditions so that only those two shouts are affected, conditions that can easily be changed via SSEEdit as it uses keywords that just need to be removed, also technically you could even make it affect any "magic" effect, like regular spells, enchantments, potions/poisons, perks/abilites/talents..

    Even at base, numbers get really funny with Forceful Tongue and Summermyst's enchantment to increase shout power, as stats that you can get with this mod are then treated as base stats that the enchantment will multiplicatively increase.
    Paarthurnax asked me to greet him like a dova, I did 7000 damage to him with a full fire shout, frost breath is pathetically weak in comparison tho.

    I'm not a modder, but wanted this mod to affect the duration of shouts as well, and from what I managed to do so far, changing the perk works, just gotta create a new keyword for a few shouts, and create an extra condition so that this perk doesn't affect them, as, for example with slow time shout - it actually speeds up the game if you just allow this mod to scale its magnitude, thankfully Forceful Tongue in its' .esp has lists of which shouts scale with duration and which with magnitude, not sure if they're all broken like that, or it was just their balancing, gotta test them first.

    Anyway, I'm not sure why there's 10 effects in that perk that just have a different number, but I've created a duplicate of all of them right there in the perk and only changed Mod Spell Magnitude (29) into Mod Spell Duration (30) in all of them, and shout durations started scaling as well, but at full force.

    So not knowing what I'm doing I've changed another variable in all 10 of those new effects: EPFD - Data, from 0.01000 to 0.00200, and apparently got it right, now instead of getting a 400% extra duration, I only seem to get 80% extra duration, which with extra leveling from beforementioned mods got me 2 minutes of slowed time (I was having a hard time figuring out why duration for its' effects was all over the place, which caused the shout to fail until durations of all effects run out, it was because another mod - Slow Time Edit, it adds another 3 spells, one for each level of the shout in order to work, just had to add all 3 of those spells into a Forceful Tongue formed list of shouts, and they all scale the same now, apparently FT also scales shouts durations with level, but it's also missing from the description there)

    Lost a few nerve cells trying to figure it all out, but it's just like 2 minutes of editing, all done SSEEdit, so I'm gonna leave it here in case anyone will have the same combo of mods/makes a collection with them.
    Probably gonna reduce the maximum shout power gained from this mod at least two fold, as it's abit broken right now with all the different buffs stacking, but this combo makes shouts totally worth using, even Dragon's aspect is very strong and justifies it being a once-per-day power.

    OMG, mod worked in SKYRIM AE 1.6.1130 
    perfect:
    Combined with: Vorkiiiinator ( tons of perks options ) + Serio's Enhanced Dragon Redone make my game so GOOD
    outstanding. Even the animation and effects are very Good too. 
    Btw: Does anyone know Dragons mod that give more Dragon's texture, shouts but not effect too many damage output ? I tried Enhanced Dragon SE. Dragon almost always oneshoot me with his/her breath and it spawns a lv-60 dragon, when i'm lv-30

    This is such a great mod. It still works in AE.


    • However, I don't know how lore friendly it is to "relinquish//give up" a dragon soul rather than absorb it to power up yourself. I renamed the message in my modded game as dragon absorption.
    • For those who wants to test if this mod works in your game quickly, type the console command: setstage mq105 300
      (to be acclaimed by the greybeards )

      This not only gives you the opportunity to redeem souls to perks, you can also get increased carry weight, unharmed damage, magicka, stamina & strenght, and maybe I'm forgetting something else

      1. this is more immersive and require you to progress through a certain part of the main quest
      2. this has an mcm and can be customizable right in-game to set how many souls to perk you want, in real time
      3. This mod can do much more than just souls -> perk points, it can also gives you many more stats
      4. Maybe try reading the description ?

    Installed this with MO2 and ran loot. But this mod does not register ingame. No MCM menu. Overriding values via console says "...command ... not found".

    ...and just seconds after writing this, I moved a few steps in-game and got a message that DSR registered. ffs xD
