Hey NexusCat7, thanks for mentioning. I think you're spot on with it being the file format because this resource exclusively contains .fuz files. .fuz is a format introduced by Bethesda to package lip-sync data with audio, used in Skyrim and Fallout 4. If you're interested, Yakitori Audio Converter will let you unpackage each voice line into its two core components: a .lip file and an audio file.
Hi Xervo5, thanks for checking. This resource pack is safe to install mid-game and does nothing on its own. You will need a mod with inn keeper NPCs who use the other vanilla voices, like Dialogue Boost. It is also safe to add mid-game, however once added please refrain from un-installing mid-game. That's what usually causes issues.
To check it out first without risking your save, I recommend starting a new game with the mods enabled, then visiting an inn to hear these lines, or chatting with one of the IW NPCs to hear a Dialogue Boost conversation. Console command for a quick test:

From the main menu, open the console with tilde. ~ Then type this and hit enter. It will skip player customization and load you in just outside Riverwood. (Note, I've found Alternate Start doesn't play nice with this method, just do the AS start if you're running that mod.) coc riverwood At least one Immersive Wenches NPC starts on the road outside Riverwood. If you have the extra options enabled, you may see up to four of them. Three of them walk to the Sleeping Giant Inn and will use these inn keeper and inn server lines once in the building.
Great voice quality! really amazing what tech can do these days I hope someday we have a mod that can add lines like these to vanilla npcs ambient dialogue so its not the same lines over and over would you be interested in making something like that? I would be happy to help with scripting and basic ai voice work (tho i lack the skyrim modding know how)
Hey Heemeyer, that would be cool! My hands are full at the moment, but I'd be happy to share what I've learned if you do decide to pursue such a mod.

In my experience so far, the most challenging part is getting the first voice lines hooked up and working in-game. I googled "Skyrim how to add dialogue" and read/tried pretty much every tutorial, Reddit thread, and YouTube walkthrough that came up. It took a few weeks of learning through trial and error. After getting the first lines working, the rest were a breeze.
Im not much of a modder myself to be honest past a certain point with skyrim modding my brain crashes...im more of a grunt work guy :P if you get around to it when your less busy let me know and I will try to be of help then theres no rush :) thanks for your response
