Version 2.0 adds Detect Dead to the Ring of Ultra Vision and Ring of Uber Ultra Vision. Now you can also detect dead bodies using the same ring rather than having to equip a second ring.
Version 1.0 is still available if you prefer the original.
Amazing Mod the ring is perfect no bugs or any issues.... I use the ring version with 6 Ale is needed to craft ... Only Little thing that would be nice is if there was no distorted vision it makes it harder to see and lights (candle light spell) very bright .. when unequipping the ring for 2/3 sec the effects still function with no blurry vision and that's how i prefer it ... i have looked over the mod with Xedit hoping to find a way to modify the ring for myself but no success so far. I am assuming the blurry or distorted part is The Ale effect like (Alcohol does ) ...
I am an oldrim player. Started before any dlc's were ever out. Stoped playing now started again. Well I just got this new bug were a dragon was attacking me and well he was invisible. So I looked it up and it said use detect life if it happens. I want a moded ring and found this. Going to try it. If it works with my other mod's going to keep this as a must have mod. To help with that bug.
Tested it out it works with my mods. Works grate. If i ever get that mod again were an enemy don't show up i can use it. 10 x10 starts for this mod. It helps with bugs thanks a lot. I am a fighter not a mage type always have in any game don't know why lol.
I've heard reports that this mod removes the Camera Data from the world record, which causes problems with dynamic patchers such as Bashed Patch. Please add it back.
This mod makes no changes to world data or camera data. All it does is add some rings to the game and give those rings magical effects. I highly doubt this mod would cause an issue with any patcher or else there would be many mods on the Nexus also causing the same issue.
Uh yeah, false alarm. Someone in the xEdit Discord showed a screenshot of such a record located in UltraVision.esp, but it isn't there when I download the mod. I have no idea how he managed to get such a record into the mod, how strange.
I wonder if the record was used to place the rings in the world. With my mod you have to use console commands or a mod like AddMenuItem. I don't remember if the LE version of the mod made World edits and then I removed them. It's possible.
You set the ring to one of your hot keys. For example, you set the ring to hot key 1. Then when you select 1 you equip the ring and the effect happens. Press 1 again to unequip the ring and the effect goes away. You don't have to go into your inventory to swap items and you don't have to go into your magic menu to swap spells.
Okay this is awesome clairvoyance works very well, thanks very much, but sadly it wont work for the reason I downloaded, when I mount my horse it gives me the "no direct path seen" message.
EDIT: It works mounted when I am moving. EDIT: Now it just works period, thanks again.
if possible could you please port this to xbox and like you said in the description it's would be cool have this from the start so if you could tweak it so you don't have to go to the skyforge you can craft at any forge that would be awesome because right now the only mod on xbox that does anything similar is the dwemer scouter and you have to go to Markarth so please

Those codes have not changed. I just verified that in my game. Double check the "xx" part. I use the mod AddItemMenu to acquire the rings when I need them.

Oh wait nvm, I just figured out that this mod allows the ring effects to be combined with (dis)enchanting. Very pog mod you've got here ^^
