Adds descriptions to the item card interface for all shouts added through Thunderchild.

Just a small patch that adds the shout descriptions from Hodir's Notes to the item card interface.
This way you won't have to memorize the effects for every shout, or flip through the book every single time.
Requires SkyUI for the item card interface. Probably only works with Untarnished UI or Dear Diary Dark Mode, since those mods increase the item card size. The descriptions might also work with other UI replacers, but I haven't tested them.
