I think this is a great idea. I hope that game events are taken into consideration and affect the money merchants have. The spiced Wine seller having more money and stock after you get the supplies to ner, Lucan getting a bonus to cash once the Golden Claw (which is clearly a draw for customers) is returned and the guard detachment's in Riverwood to spend money.
The East Empire Company would be another fine example...
It's a good idea, but it's outside my skills, for that, I would have to get a condition if the quest itself is completed, and of course, I would need to use scripts(I don't know anything about papyrus) or SKSE Plugins(even less than C++), but it's not impossible that one day I'll implement this idea, thanks bro.
