Edit - At first I thought the mod had not installed correctly because there was no MCM listing, so to anyone who can't find the sliders, they are in the vanilla game settings under Audio :D :P
Brilliant! Thanks for making this! I considered getting rid of COT due to the irritating thunder noises that can't be dialed back. The COT author owes you a drink.
This is very important mod for COT, in fact I was going to uninstall COT if this mod wasn't here, So thank you d3sim8, this mod should get more endorsements.
I will have to rewrite most of the mod to make it happen. Happy to do it. Will probably take a couple of weeks as I get spare time. EDIT (5/3/19): uni is flat-out, so this is going on the back burner. cheers
Would this, by any chance, work with Skyrim Classic/Legendary as well? It seems to address my major gripes with CoT so I'd be very happy to add it to my setup if possible.
Oh my god, thank you. I've been trying for so long to get rid of the constant WHIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR (from the thunder bugging out I assume) whenever I'm inside a building during rain and this fixed it. I just sucked it up for the longest time. Now it's FIXED and it's just relaxing rain drops pouring on the roof.

Perfect, just what I am looking for. The mother of all CoT storms is currently preventing me from hearing anything else (including dialogue) and there is no way to turn it down. Till now! Thank you, will endorse when I can :)

I honestly thought the interior storm noise from Climates of Tamriel was a bug.
