Hi, I'll have a look when I'm back home in a couple of weeks, but I'm pretty sure your plugins are also compatible with the OWL version I maintain (Ghastly WIP No WACCF). It should also work with the original plugin, but there have been several additions and fixes to it since then so I personally don't recommend it anymore. Nice job, cheers.
Thanks for the feedback! And yea I mainly said to use ghastly's plugin just in case I used one of his experimental records to put an armor there. Otherwise the other plugins should work.
Hey thanks for the feedback. So I took a quick look in xEdit and it looks like the silverhand pull armor from generic bandit leveled lists which OWL does use. OWL pulls from several different types of armor lists for bandits depending on your level. It looks like silver lists start being used at level 23:
Also silver lists only show up in heavy armor bandits, any bandits using light armor are more likely to use scaled and leather armor at higher levels. There is also a possibility that your instance of the dungeon just didn't roll any silver armor. I would make a save and reboot the game and load back in to check. What level were you when you encountered the silverhand? Also if you have any other armor patches you need to make sure you consolidate them with a bash patch or you can do it manually as well.
My intention with the _Vigilant (and the other _[Faction]) lists was that patch authors would add new items to the list and remove the reference to the normal list. These lists are already uncommon, so allowing the vanilla list to remain is unnecessary. Also I agree the acronym is good.
Yes. The only thing in the _Vigilant lists should be the new armor. And I'm technically not even credited on the main OWL page right now, it still uses my old username lmao.
Pretty much. I have full control over OWL while deletepch_ takes an indefinite hiatus while they focus on their career. So it's absolutely my fault I'm not credited.

My game also has creation club integration so it's silver armor and vigil enforcer sets also have a chance to spawn on bandits using heavy armor.
