Okay, I think I'm gonna try this out. Chaconne was one of my favorites from oldrim. I was curious about a few things. Since there is a SSE version, would the game work with said SSE version. Also there are mods in Oldrim that change some aspects of Chaconne. I was wondering if using one of those mods would work with a modified Chaconne from Oldrim. I'm going to try it with SSE first just to see. I will let you know if they work.

Love it! Just my completely subjective opinion, but I much prefer looking at Chaconne. I did initially have the bad neck seam issue, but it is easily fixed by opening the console, clicking vilja, typing "setnpcweight 70". Her face will probably disappear leaving just floating teeth, but don't worry - save and restart the game and you're golden.

I had been using Chaconne for a while as a follower, so just to not break my brain with her personality transplant, I used the "hairstyler sse" mod to give her some pigtails like Vanilla Vilja; she is gorgeous, and it's perfect!

So I'm attempting this. I don't have a new save unfortunately and I've already spent several long hours on my current playthrough restarting would be a bit of a pain. I'm not sure if this is the cause of what I'm currently experiencing. I followed the steps on using this mod, it's turned Vilja completely purple but I do see the shape of Chaconne. Textures are missing I guess? Any ideas on what to check for or how to fix?

Amazing. I didn't like how Vilja looked, this mod transformed her into an attractive woman. Thank you

When you install the Oldrim Chaconne with MO2, in the pop-up window which says "No game data on top level" find the folder< 00Main>, right click it "set as data directory" and then continue. Your Chaconne will be installed as default settings. If you need to change her body\ears\weight, you can manually replace the files.
Then check "Chaconne" in the left column of MO2 just as all the other mods you've installed to make sure you enable the mesh and texture files this mod will use. Finally, uncheck the Chaconne.esp under the "plugin" column. Done.
