Gives the following NPCs a chance to wear Twilight Princess Armor via SPID

Female Vampires - 10% chance
Female Warlocks - 5% chance

Weapons to Vampires and Warlocks - 1% chance
Make sure your using the Alt Textures and Cloth Addon selected in the FOMOD. Also make sure you have Skinned Mesh Physics as this uses the physics enabled version of the Tasset.
