I published a list containing all the Vanilla NPC names from different, active, large, popular (past and present) AIO (mostly) replacers which will help players who want to install several NPC replacers to mix and match and help resolve conflicts:
I can't wait to see what you do with Ulfberth War-Bear, presuming you're still working on adding more men of Whiterun. If not, I'm just happy your mods exist. They look so good!
Thanks. when i did these i partnered with someone to create them, i did the design and he did the tech stuff, but he's given up modding so this got stalled. I've learnt how to do it all myself now so I will be continuing this soon. and yeah. i can't believe i didn't do Ulfberth in round one! lol
Nazeem is missing his eyes! I love your art style and use your NPC replacers and presets when I can, but Nazeem is being weird, as usual. He seems to be the only NPC with this problem (so far). I actually have Mikan Eyes installed if that makes any difference. Any suggestions on things I can try?
Hmm...interesting. Thanks for letting me know. I think I used Eyes of Beauty for Nazeem (Surreal) so maybe try installing that mod. (But I thought the textures were all included...I'll have to double check)
Hello this looks really amazing the only thing stopping me from download is if it is compatible with Vanilla hair remake but the SMP version. So the new npc's will have hair physics as they already do. Thank you!
Do you plan on doing all the other main hold cities? I know it might take some time but I'm there for it if you honestly do it! I would recommend doing Windhelm next they never get any NPC overhaul mods
While I appreciate all of the hard work you put into your presets, I think I'm liking the replacers you have done more. Is there a way to use your presets to alter the appearances of mod NPC's? Or are you trying to keep some people closer to the original appearance? I did notice some people (like Lucan) look similar to the original, while Jarl Balgruuf is a new take on the character (which I like). I'm very un-tech savvy when it comes to faces though. But a future release like that would be awesome. There are a few Khajiit I noticed in you presets that look awesome as well.
These look like a good start for my journey to make all of my NPCs a simpler installation without a bunch of patches. I think I've outgrown the super-model textures out there and these seem to be more realistic in what you could expect for a society at that level of technology. Nicely done.
Thanks. It depends on the character whether I go more radical or not. I spend time listening to their voices and what they say or do to determine what I think they should look like. I also have A bunch of people on Discord that give feedback so sometimes (like with Balgruuf) they end up influencing changes that make them look quite different. Some of the Replacers are actually based on presets that Discord users suggest. If I like the idea I'll go with it.
