HIMBO is one of the biggest male body replacer mods available for Skyrim and as any BodySlide-based replacer it gives us all the freedom the vanilla game doesn't have to customize the player's physique, however I've encountered some players looking for something that until now could not be found on Nexus: a preset based on the vanilla body.
This preset was shaped as close to vanilla as possible but of course HIMBO's sliders are not infinite so please don't expect this to be 100% vanilla.
So why would anyone want to use a vanilla preset if the whole purpose of using HIMBO is to have a different body?
A few reasons I can think of:
If one or more of the reasons listed above apply for you then this preset is for you, just install it with your preferred mod manager and don't forget to rebuild your body, clothes and armors in BodySlide or to assign it with OBody.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This preset does not eliminate the need for refitting and building outfits from BodySlide, if you use any piece of armor intended for the vanilla body you'll still see model swaps whenever you equip or unequip said piece specially if it shows skin. You may however experience less noticeable shape discrepancies but refits are still strongly recommended.

- You could be an agent of chaos and want it just because.

- Idk, your reasons are your own.
