honestly it was my first time discovering this bug off this website and i couldn't stop laughing at the example video and said " who would want to fix that!? it is awesome!"
it's not a bug it's a feature. It just works!

By change, do you know if it's possible to fix the old vanilla bug where the werewolf killmove animation just freezes for a few seconds?

Is this what you're looking for? : Disable Annoying Werewolf Killmove
However, it just disables the bugged killmove rather than outright fixing the bug.
But Precision Creatures seems to fix the issue and on its page says: "Fixed the Werewolf to Human kill moves being sometimes delayed. Before, you'd just stand there frozen waiting for the animation to begin"

Funny, I only recently experienced this bug but I thought it was because of the One Click Power Attack mod I installed, as I literally only seen it after I installed that and was able to spam power attacks instead of holding left click key.

You don’t need to do anything special to recreate it, just be in beast form and spam power attacks. I suspect it may be present in vanilla but is made very apparent by mods which move the power attack functionality to a single key press instead of holding left mouse click like in vanilla.

This problem has troubled me for a long time, thank you for sharing this fix!

I would like to ask a unrelated question, that is, the werewolf will skating when get staggered which is very weird. Do you know if there is any way to fix it?

Sorry I don't quite understand what you mean. Are you saying that werewolves are able to move around while staggered?

Yeah, werewolves can move around while staggered (move when playing stagger animations). In vanilla, the werewolf doesn't seem to have much chance to play these animations, but I installed chocolate poise, this chance has been greatly increased. I tried Loki poise, sometimes, the werewolf will howl in place (which means no skating), but sometimes the skating phenomenon described above still occurs.

oh, I think I find the answer, I just saw an update on the page of Precision Creatures, "Re locked movement when you stagger as a werewolf"

      sorry for bothering you.  :)))

    Is this needed with Growl?

Yes, Growl does not touch these records. In the videos I am actually using Growl. I can't speak to if it is needed with other werewolf overhauls, but to my knowledge this has never been fixed before.
