Well, I'm on a long vacation and just keep searching pretty face presets on Nexus. This one is literally prefect, you will be surprised if you change it to blonde hair.
because sculpt is basically her whole exported head, meanwhile preset is just a facial data, thats why for some users there may some different result if just using preset, so dont forget to alwayas load the sculpt after you load the preset
Its must something with your load order, this just a preset. Tullius hair its not really optimized, try to use another hair or if it still crashing, just use wig

Eem maybe its because your load order, try to change the hair slowly
