Woo! Seriously have been holding off an entire playthrough with a toon I had in mind for this. Not complaining at all, I just enjoyed Thogra that much from my first experience with her. The voice acting, the story and the basic believability of her as a character, the understated physical emotes, just all *so* well done.
Just gotta say, the level of detail and interactivity is amazing for this mod. "Found one of those nirny things" was just one of many instances where I was surprised by the attention to detail. It's crazy how something as simple as more active followers can make a game as old as skyrim feel more alive than when it released. This is an absolute paragon of what follower mods should be and I really hope Bethesda is taking notes for Elder Scrolls 6: Heat Death of the Universe. I don't know if you do VA or writing outside of the modding community, but I look forward to exploring your other and any future mods. You should be proud of your work, thank you so much for the content.

I don't know what's going on, but when I encounter her outside of Heljarchen, she's on the ground and I can't get her to interact with me at all. I went through a bunch of the past comments here and I've tried reloading with a few mods that might affect her disabled, and there's no change. I started this game on a fresh save (I even deleted all my old saves to ensure there weren't any conflicts). Any Idea on what I can do to get her functioning properly?
I was actually able to get her working by starting another new save. No idea what was wrong with the old one. My problem now it that she won't actually leave for Nightgate Inn when dismissed, and will continue to follow me around everywhere. All that said, LOVE the new version. She's always been a staple of my play-throughs.
Hey, i had the same problem, but i managed to fix it (in Mod Organiser, also using Nethers Followers Framework or NFF). I found her being attacked by a bear and i was unable to talk to her in any way, i even tried reviving her with the console but it didn't work. I looked at the comments here and saw yours about starting a new game but since i have like 200 hours on my current run i didn't want to lose that. I tried reinstalling the mod and moving it around the load order and fixed it by putting this mod above NFF (the .esp too). After that I loaded a save I made before installing the mod and it worked. You might not need this anymore but maybe it helps someone else with a similar problem.
Just wondering, but how exactly do you initiate the wedding? I've not married Thogra before and wanted to try it, but I don't see any further dialogue with her or with Maramal on the subject. (PS. The relationship start dialogue is so cute and awkward. I love it)
EDIT: Nevermind! Didn't realize there was a...I guess wait period? Not sure what to call it. But yeah. I actually really like that! Since the amulet of Mara got brought up, I assumed it was just a copy of the vanilla wedding system of insta-proposal.
Haha, yeah! It's my headcanon that the Amulet of Mara works more like fantasy Tinder - you use it to help you find people who might be interested in a relationship, but you don't immediately marry them, that's just a gameplay abstraction imo. So I used the Amulet to launch the romance, but then there's a dating stage of sorts before you're actually ready to commit.
She can live in any house, vanilla or mod, or anywhere really. Did you use her own house assignment dialogue? Is she imported into any frameworks like NFF?
I assigned her to Tundra Homestead and she said thank you. I dismissed her right away but she opened the entrance door and walked away. I also tried to assign her to Riverfall ( JK's player home ) and she did the same, thank you and buzzed off haha. No i don't use any custom follower frameworks like AFT or NFF since i hate vanilla followers.
No, maybe it's the third day she followed me. I just tested it again, i assigned her to Riften's Honeyside and she walked away again leaving riften. I waited for a day and i moved my char to her ref id and she waited at the place where she was wounded.
Thanks! I currently have 2 other banter packs coming - nothing planned for SDA now, mainly because I don't like the Dawnguard DLC at all, but maybe eventually I will overcome this. :D
Hi, just stopping by to tell you, I've been using her as a travel buddy for my druid character, and I've been enjoying it. Awesome story, love her voice. Thoroughly enjoying her.
I like this idea. She can teach the kids how to swing a sword or axe and tell them stories of how she sent a bandit's head flying across to another hold like when Remi asked lol

One more question - are you romancing her (or have you married her)? Not that it should matter either way in game, but it will tell me where to look.
